Sunday Service: Father’s Edition is a space created to honor the fathers and father figures in our community through intentional movement, mindfulness, and connection. Together, we’ll slow down, reconnect to self, release stress held in the body, and create space for restoration — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through guided movement, meditation, sound, and community, this experience is designed to leave you feeling more grounded, present, and connected.

Following the experience, guests are invited to stay and enjoy a mini curated market highlighting local businesses, creating space for conversation, community, and continued connection.If you can't make the yoga session, would love for you to join us for the market!

Please bring a yoga mat and anything else that will help you feel comfortable and supported during the experience.
